Privacy & your enquiry.
Callcraft Studio uses the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project and prepare a proposal. Contact: hello@callcraftstudio.com.
Information we collect
The enquiry form asks for your name, email, market, requested service and project message. Business name and website are optional. Please do not include passwords, financial account details or sensitive personal information.
How your enquiry is handled
The website runs on Vercel. A Vercel server function validates your enquiry, then your browser sends it to FormSubmit for delivery to the enquiry email inbox. These providers may process information outside your country. The site does not add you to a mailing list. Provider and hosting systems may collect technical information such as IP address, request time and browser details for security and operation.
Cookies and analytics
Optional Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. It measures page views and accepted JavaScript enquiry submissions, along with standard website-use events. Our enquiry event includes only the selected market and service, never your name, email or project message. Page URLs sent by our setup exclude query strings and fragments; referrers are limited to their origin. Advertising storage, Google Signals and ad personalisation are disabled in our tag configuration. Analytics processes browser, device and usage information through Google and may process it outside your country. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 90 days; your choice is saved on this device for up to 180 days. Change or withdraw your choice through “Analytics choices” in the footer. A browser no-tracking signal keeps analytics off. Without JavaScript or with blocked analytics, these events are not measured. Fonts and images are served locally. FormSubmit may apply its own security checks when a form is submitted without JavaScript. See Google’s privacy policy, FormSubmit’s privacy policy and Vercel’s privacy policy.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiry correspondence while it is needed to respond and discuss the project. You can ask to access, correct or delete your enquiry details by emailing us. Records needed for an active project or legal obligations may need to be retained.
Consent
The form asks for permission to contact you about your enquiry. You can withdraw that permission by email. If you prefer, you may send an email directly without using the form.
Changes
This notice will be updated if the way the website handles enquiries changes.
