AI for drafts and repeated document work.
AI can help prepare a draft or organise messy information. It can also get things wrong. We start with one task, check whether ordinary rules would do it better and keep a person responsible for decisions and customer-facing output.

can check.
For example, turn approved notes into a draft summary. This is an example task, not a client project.
- 01
Choose the source
Use information the business has permission to process. Agree what may leave your systems.
- 02
Check the draft
A person checks facts, missing details and any proposed actions against the original notes.
- 03
Compare the work
Count the time spent reviewing and correcting as well as the time spent generating. Keep the ordinary process available.
Prepare the draft for someone to check.
A workflow people can check, with tested examples and a way to continue if AI is unavailable.
What the work can cover
- 01One defined task and a non-AI comparison
- 02A review of what data can go to the provider
- 03Representative examples and acceptance checks
- 04Source references where the task supports them
- 05Human review and a visible failure route
- 06Usage costs, limits and handover in writing
Quoted after reviewing the task, data and provider. Model usage, subscriptions and ongoing evaluation are separate. We do not guarantee accurate output. Automated hiring decisions, financial advice, medical decisions and unsupervised customer commitments are outside this offer.

answered.
Does every automation need AI?
No. Known rules and structured data are often better handled without a model. We compare the approaches before recommending one.
Can it send messages without review?
Customer-facing messages and commitments need an agreed approval process. Start with drafts for a person to check. Any later change to that responsibility needs its own review.
How do we check whether it is useful?
Try representative real tasks with data you are allowed to use. Compare time spent, corrections and missed information with the current process. A fluent answer alone is not a useful acceptance test.
