Can you look after a site you did not build?
We assess the platform and access first. If we can maintain it responsibly, we define the scope; if not, we explain the constraints.
Is unlimited support included?
No. Your plan sets the update allowance, support route and response arrangements. Larger changes are scoped separately.
What happens if I leave?
Access, export and handover arrangements are set in your agreement. We discuss these before you sign, including any third-party platform limitations.
