Connect your business tools.
Someone updates an app, then types the same information into another. We check the APIs, exports and built-in connections your tools offer. Then we agree what should move, which system owns the record and what happens when the connection fails.
Show us what’s stuckWhich record
can you rely on?
Copying information automatically is useful only when the meaning and ownership stay clear.
- Source
- Which system holds the information we trust?
- Direction
- What moves, when, and which system may change it?
- Duplicates
- How do we recognise a record that has already arrived?
- Failure
- Who sees the error and how can they recover safely?
- Measure
- Manual entries avoided, reconciliation errors and failed transfers.
Move the data without typing it twice.
A supported connection with a visible status, clear ownership and a manual recovery route.
What the work can cover
- 01A review of the available APIs and permissions
- 02Field mapping and an agreed source of truth
- 03One defined connection or data exchange
- 04Checks for missing, invalid and repeated records
- 05Visible failures and an agreed retry or manual route
- 06Instructions, access and ongoing responsibility
The quote names the systems, fields, direction and expected volume. Subscription upgrades, usage charges, data cleanup and migration are separate. Third-party permissions and API limits can rule out a connection; we check them before agreeing a build.

Can you connect any two apps?
Only if they provide a supported way to access and exchange the required information. We check permissions, plan limits and documentation first. We do not promise a connection before that review.
What happens to duplicate or conflicting records?
We agree which system owns the information, how to identify the same record and which changes require a person to review them. Repeating a request should not create another record without a reason.
What if the provider changes its API?
The connection may need maintenance. The handover identifies who monitors it and how to handle failed runs. Provider-wide changes are separately scoped.
